On Wednesday, June 13th, I will be presenting a very special OPEN seminar on Business Excellence and Superior Customer Service to help raise money for the Climb for Cancer Foundation. My wife, Sheila, will be on the team that is climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro this July and has committed to raising $10,000 to support the fantastic work of the CFC Foundation – so all of the money raised will go directly to that effort.
The class will focus on the key fundamentals of running a highly successful organization with a special emphasis on what it takes to deliver consistently superior customer service. It will be a fast-paced and information-intensive program that delivers real tools and ideas that you will be able to implement right away.
